The Jackson Fire Department responded to a report of a barn on fire Thursday afternoon, the second such call in the past four days.
Lakefield firefighters were paged to 48496 780th Street, the Kevin Roslansky residence just southwest of Clear Lake, shortly after 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Initial reports indicated the barn was completely engulfed in flames.
Within minutes, the Lakefield FD issued mutual-aid requests to the Jackson and Alpha fire departments.
The Lakefield Ambulance Service also responded to the scene.
On Monday, the three fire departments responded to a mutual-aid request from the Jackson FD, assisting at the scene of a barn fire southwest of Jackson that blanketed the town in smoke for a time.
