Man, 90, charged with sex crime
A 90-year-old Okabena man has been arrested and charged with a felony stemming from alleged criminal sexual contact with a juvenile female.
Arnold Hussong was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree criminal sexual assault and terroristic threats. He appeared in court Tuesday and was released on his own recognizance with the condition he not have contact with the alleged victim or anyone under the age of 18.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hussong after receiving a report of a criminal incident on Aug. 9.
