Western Community Action is currently taking phone calls and scheduling free appointments to help lower-income taxpayers and families navigate the process of filing their 2013 state and federal income tax return. The actual appointments will be set up for Thursdays at the WCA office in Jackson, beginning Jan. 30 and continuing through the last Thursday before the April 15 tax deadline. The traditional dream catcher was intended to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams, while letting positive dreams through.
