Maple Syruping 101

Due to the unusual early spring in 2012, we are going to play-by-ear the date of our Maple Syruping Program. The sap started running over a month earlier than expected previously so will wait to see what Mother Nature gives us for a winter this year. Sap normally begins to flow in March, but could be as early as late January if the winter is mild and warm.
