The Prairie Ecology Bus Center (PEBC) and the Jackson/Cottonwood County Cattlemen’s Association are proud to present the Fifth Annual “Prairie Steak Fry” on Monday, August 6th in Heron Lake, MN from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. A full steak dinner grilled by the Cattlemen’s Association, dessert provided by the Jackson County Dairy Association, and dinner help by LaCrosse 4-H Group, will be followed by a short PEBC program. Topping off the evening will be an entertaining presentation featuring award winning humorist and storyteller Al Batt.
